The process begins with  Computer-Aided Design, extensive material selection research, Finite Element Analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Flow simulation Analysis, rapid prototyping, frequent design reviews, tolerance analysis, process optimization, and Cpk studies and so on. Concurrent Engineering principles are followed throughout the process.

Experienced Management Team

Ajay Kumar

Ajay has over 20 years of experience in developing medical device. He holds over 35 issued patents in dental and orthopedics fields.  He has worked for the R&D groups of  Nobel Biocare, Dentsply, Zimmer, Pro-Dex and Avalign surgical in his professional career.  He holds graduate degrees from University of Southern Illinois Master in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers, and Master of Business Administration from University of Southern California at Irvine.

Vishu Shah

Vishu H. Shah is a consummate Plastics Professional with over forty years of hands-on experience and robust Plastics Engineering educational background. His extensive practical experience in plastics Industry includes positions as president and co-founder of Performance Engineered Products – a custom injection molder, Senior Plastics Engineer for Rain Bird Corporation, and Nibco Inc. His areas of expertise include product design, processing, automation, materials, rapid prototyping, tooling, failure analysis, and testing. He is the author of Handbook of Plastics Testing and Failure Analysis and has taught various plastics-related subjects throughout his career. He is a senior member, past president of So. Cal. SPE section, SPE Honored Service Member, and a board member of SPI Western Moldmakers Division. Vishu is a graduate of UMass Lowell, where he received a B.S. and an M.S. degree in Plastics Engineering.
